  5. You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access to your account.

  1. We reserve the right to change products, descriptions, and/or prices at any time.
  2. Errors in product descriptions entitle you to a full refund upon return of affected products.

  5. We operate on a "First to pay has First Priority" system, subject to stock availability.

Delivery Policy

  1. ORGANICSWAY T/A KWENAORGANICS provides delivery through appointed services
  2. Delivery occurs at the address provided in your order
  3. If you fail to take delivery, we may store goods and charge reasonable costs or sell them
  4. We will inform you of delivery issues beyond our control
  5. We will deliver as soon as possible but are not liable for reasonable delays
  6. We may invoice and deliver each order separately
  7. You must sign for goods confirming good condition
  8. Refuse delivery if packaging appears damaged
  9. Mark parcels as "UNCHECKED" if unable to inspect immediately
  10. We are not liable for courier delays once parcels are handed over
  11. Orders are dispatched only after full payment is received
  12. Delivery occurs at your specified location during business hours (08:00-17:00)
  13. Standard delivery charge is R100
  14. Product availability is limited and pricing may change without notice
  15. We will notify you if products become unavailable after ordering

Returns and Refunds

  1. You may return purchases within 7 days for refund or exchange
  2. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging
  3. Refunds process within 14 days using the original payment method

Return Instructions

All returns should be carefully packed with the order number and return address clearly marked. We are not liable for damage during return shipping. Insurance is recommended.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your Personal Information in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPI).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KwenaOrganics t/a OrganicsWay is not liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use.
